Deep Tissue

     A combination of techniques that are used to promote muscle tone and circulation to ease muscle aches and tension.

Swedish Massage

     A wonderful invigorating yet relaxing massage to awaken or relax your senses.

Sports Massage

     A combination of deep, vigorous strokes and stretching, designed for individual sport activity.

Pre-Natal Massage

     Ease your body of backaches, lower body pressure and sore feet due to pregnancy. This massage will help reduce water tension, soreness and body aches associated with pregnancy. You must be at least 12 weeks along in your pregnancy.

Hot Stone Massage

     This massage incoorperates smooth dense stones that have been heated, rubbed with naturally blended essential oils, and are then massaged into your body from head to toe taking you to a new level of overall mental and muscular relaxation.  Only offered in 60 Minute Sessions.

Aromatherapy

This  massage uses essential oils to affect your mood and alleviate pain.  It is particularly suited to conditions involving stress improving emotionally related conditions.

Soothing Head & Neck Treatment

     A 45 minute sessions which focuses only on the head and neck areas for maximum tension release.
